Bella Novela Erdevik

Bella Novela is an innovative wine label that originates from the already famous Serbian winery Erdevik, located on the western slopes of Fruska Gora. This dry white wine, made from the Sauvignon Blanc variety, is distinguished by intense aromas of peach, pear and gooseberry. These aromas are complemented by complex scents of violet and acacia with subtle notes of white flowers in the background. The taste is rich and balanced, with an abundance of minerals and elegant but vibrant acids. This powerful, ripe wine has a durable structure, which provides a long-lasting, vibrant and sharp finish with accentuated aromas of vineyard peach, rose, violet, apricot and citrus. Bella Novela is a robust, energetic and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc, with a label dominated by the Latin quote "AD AUGUSTA PER ANGUSTA", which can be translated as "through difficulties to success" or "by thorns to the stars". Thanks to its fruity notes and specific acidity, this wine is the perfect companion of salty dishes. It goes extremely well with spaghetti with anchovies in carbonara sauce or artichokes stuffed with goat cheese. The recommended serving temperature is between 10 and 12°C.
