Vines are grown on the middle hill, Čortanovci with a minimum of application of protection products, without the use of herbicides. The green harvest is carried out in June, which reduces the yield and ensures the maximum quality of grapes. Harvesting takes place manually, in shallow crates of 9 kg, after which the grapes are mulched and go to fermentation. After squeezing and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged in barricades made of French, American and Slavonian oak for at least 12 months. Serving temperature: 17°C
